Pregnancy is a sacred journey and your connection with your baby begins long before birth.

These sessions are designed to care for you and your baby, offering hands-on support to increase comfort, deepen self-connection and facilitate this transformative moment.

Science and tradition both show that babies feel everything their mothers feel. The first 9 months in the womb and the early months after birth lay the foundation for the rest of their lives. This relationship between mother and baby shapes their emotional health, neurological development, and sense of safety in the world. By tending to your body and emotions with care, you are nurturing your baby in the most profound way.

​Through these holistic pregnancy sessions, you will:

  • Promote prenatal bonding and emotional connection

  • Relieve physical discomfort such as back, hip and joint pain

  • Reduce swelling, leg cramps and stress

  • Improve sleep and general well-being

  • Support your body in preparing for childbirth

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're looking for deep relaxation, emotional release or physical relief.

You can begin with a single session to experience this care firsthand. After that, you may choose an 8-session package for deeper ongoing support or simply return whenever you feel called.

How the sessions works

​

Each 90 minute session is structured into three parts, offering a balance of connection, bodywork, and integration.

​

  1. Welcoming & Check-In –                                                                                                                                       We begin with a gentle conversation to explore where you are in your pregnancy,  you physically, emotionally, and mentally—and what your intention is for the session. This helps guide the experience to meet your unique needs

      Emotional Support – A compassionate space to process any feelings that arise.

​

  2. Bodywork & Connection –                                                                                                                                                Based on your needs, I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to support you and your baby, which may                include:

  • Massage – To promote relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being.

  • Craniosacral Therapy – To bring balance and ease to the body.

  • Lymphatic Drainage – To reduce swelling and enhance vitality.

  • Guided Practices – To deepen your bond with your baby.

​

  3. Integration & Closing

      We complete the session with quiet moments of rest, allowing your body to absorb the benefits. We’ll then share a         calming tea, giving you space to settle and integrate the experience before you return to your day.

​

This whole-body approach provides the care, support, and presence needed to navigate pregnancy with greater trust, comfort, and connection.

  • Single Session: 130€ (including VAT)

Additional fees apply for home sessions.
