holistic postpartum care

Postpartum Recovery IS A design for life for the mother, it changes the way she sees herself as a woman and a mother and how to move on for the rest of her life with these skills.

Known as the Cuarentena in Mexico, the Golden Month in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Sacred Window in Ayurveda, the first 6 to 8 weeks after the birth of a baby are regarded worldwide as a special and ESSENTIAL time to avoid mother's psycho-physical exhaustion and maintain health.

My purpose is to midwife her peace during this sacred transition, offering the experience of calm and supportive safety, letting her body feel safe so she can feel safe, seen and loved.

I offer Mother-Centered care, prioritizing postpartum women's physiological well-being.

My support addresses physical, mental, and emotional needs during this important period, aiming to reduce perinatal mood disorders, strengthen the maternal-infant bond, support breastfeeding, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, autoimmune disorders, and accelerate physical recovery.

By attuning to the unique needs of mothers and infants, I strive to help families thrive and emerge from the postpartum period stronger and 'whole´.

If you are interested, would like to ask me for information or book a free 30 minutes call, please don't hesitate to contact me.

I only offer my support to a maximum of 1-3 families a month, depending on the season and availability.
